Watching the films based on Tolkien's books has left me wanting to visit Hobbiton. At Bagshot Row, you can step inside furnished Hobbit homes, which makes the prospect even more tempting. I'd like to spend a little time somewhere that has previously existed for me on a screen.
I've also been through a renovation at home. Putting those two things together, I wonder how easily I'd manage to switch off the part of my attention that notices how a room has been put together. I'd like to think I could simply enjoy being there.

Martin: "I'd check behind that skirting."
